WL-2010 is a negative electrode dispersant with a small amount of addition, which can improve the viscosity and stability of the negative electrode slurry, increase the solid content of the slurry, and improve processing performance.
Working Mechanism
WL-2010 is a polymer dispersant. The polar groups (carboxyl, hydroxyl) on the polymer interact with the solvent to reduce surface tension and improve wetting properties. At the same time, the polar groups interact with the binder and negative electrode material surface to form steric hindrance effects, suppress particle aggregation, improve consistency between the upper and lower layers of the electrode, and reduce slurry viscosity.
