WL-3000 is a anode plasticizer that can improve the cracking problem of high surface density or rapid drying of negative electrode plates, enhance the flexibility of electrode plates, solve the problem of electrode plate cracking and edge curling, and suppress the floating of adhesive to make the electrode plates evenly distributed.
Working Mechanism
WL-3000 is a polymer elastomer lotion. The flexible chain segment on the polymer can inhibit the cracking caused by the internal stress between the particles and the binder during drying. At the same time, the weak hydrogen bonding of polar groups, combined with the binder, inhibits the binder floating during drying. It is the uniform distribution of the binder and the characteristics of the polymer itself that can effectively improve the flexibility of the electrode plate, the cracking problem during processing and the flexibility of the electrode plate.
