JX-T-8

JX-T-8 is a single-walled carbon nanotube powder used as a conductive agent in lithium-ion batteries. It can be used in high nickel ternary systems or silicon carbon negative electrodes with very little addition. It has good conductivity, improving battery conductivity, rate performance, and cycling performance. The product has good dispersion, moderate viscosity, and good processing performance.

Working Mechanism

Has excellent mechanical and electrochemical properties. Larger diameter, higher number of carbon nanotubes per unit, denser linear contact with the positive electrode material or silicon carbon negative electrode material, uniformly coating the surface of the silicon carbon negative electrode to suppress silicon expansion. A very small amount of addition can form a developed conductive network, providing more channels for electron transfer, significantly reducing impedance, improving overall conductivity and rate performance, which is 1/5-1/10 of the conventional carbon nanotube phase addition amount.
