VL-2060

VL-2060 is a highly efficient functional dispersant. With a small addition amount (0.03%-0.08%), it has excellent effects in reducing viscosity, stabilizing viscosity and enhancing solid content. When applied to the dispersion of lithium iron phosphate and carbon materials in the cathode of lithium batteries, it can significantly reduce the viscosity of the lithium iron phosphate slurry, increase the solid content of the slurry and improve the storage stability of the slurry.

Working Mechanism

VL-2060 is a high-molecular polymer dispersant. Its amine-modified structure is similar and compatible with the solvent, enabling the solvent to rapidly wet the positive electrode and the conductive agent. Meanwhile, the nitrogen-containing groups carry lone pairs of electrons, and the carbon coating on the surface forms local large π bonds that rapidly adsorb and anchor on the surface of the positive electrode and the conductive agent. Through steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion effects, it effectively stabilizes the particles. Avoid the secondary agglomeration of particles and achieve a stable adhesion effect.

Product Advantages

1.The addition amount is small (0.03%-0.08%), effectively improving the wetting performance and the dispersion performance of the slurry;

2.Reduce the viscosity of the lithium iron phosphate cathode slurry, improve the fluidity of the slurry and the stability of the slurry viscosity;

3. Increase the solid content of lithium iron phosphate slurry. After adding VL-2060, the viscosity is significantly reduced, and the solid content can be increased by 3% to 5%, improving the processing performance.
