VL-2280 is an efficient dispersant. It has a good effect of reducing viscosity, stabilizing viscosity and enhancing solid content. It is suitable for the dispersion of lithium iron phosphate lithium supplement agent system in the positive electrode of lithium batteries. It can significantly reduce the viscosity of lithium iron phosphate slurry, increase the solid content of the slurry and improve the stability of the slurry during storage.
Working Mechanism
VL-2280 is a modified polymer. The functional groups of the polymer modification are adjusted according to the characteristics of inorganic lithium supplementation agents and lithium iron phosphate. The pH of the VL2280 polymer, the content of polar functional groups, and the same surface functional groups as the lithium supplementation agents are introduced. It is a better anchoring of the polymer to the surface of lithium iron phosphate and lithium supplements. Meanwhile, the solophilic end combines better with the solvent, allowing the 2280 polymer chain segments to stretch. Through steric hindrance and electrostatic repulsion effects, it effectively stabilizes the particles, avoids secondary agglomeration of the particles, and achieves a stable adhesion effect.
