VL-3010 is a Cathode plasticizer with a small addition amount (within 0.2%), which can improve the drying cracking problem of high-density positive electrode plates, enhance the flexibility of the plates, solve the problem of plate cracking and edge curling, and suppress the floating of the adhesive to make the plates evenly distributed.
Working Mechanism
VL-3010 is a polymer with two or more polymerization segments. The polymer polymerization segment contains polar functional groups, which can have good compatibility with conductive agents and binders, improve the distribution of conductive agents and PVDF, avoid the floating of conductive agents and adhesives during coating and drying, provide replacement adhesiveness, low TG polymerization segment, flexible and uniformly distributed polymer to prevent electrode cracking.
