VL-3240 is a small molecule non residual cathode anti cracking agent with a small adding amount (within 0.2%), which can improve the drying cracking problem of high-density positive electrode plates, enhance the flexibility of the plates, and have a certain effect of reducing and stabilizing adhesion, as well as increasing the compaction density and energy density of the plates. The plates are smooth and crack free.
Mechanism
VL-3240 is a small molecule non residual cathode anti cracking agent. It improves the evaporation rate of the drying solvent of the electrode, alleviates the internal stress of the electrode, solves the drying cracking problem of high surface density cathode electrode, enhances the flexibility of the electrode, and solves the problem of electrode cracking and edge curling.
