VL-3336

VL-3336 is a multifunctional anti cracking agent for positive electrodes, with a small addition amount (within 0.2%), which can improve the drying cracking problem of high-density positive electrode plates, enhance the flexibility of the plates, and have a certain effect of reducing and stabilizing adhesion, as well as increasing the compaction density and energy density of the plates. The plates are smooth and crack free.


Mechanism

VL-3336 is an anti cracking agent for polyether and phosphate modified polymers. Polymer polyether can alleviate the removal speed of solvent drying process, while the flexible chain segment of polyether can improve its electrode flexibility.The lubrication performance reduces the uniform distribution of pores between the cathode materials, and improve compaction density. Phosphate ester based can improve the wetting effect of lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material in solvents, reduce the viscosity of the slurry, and improve the viscosity stability of the slurry.
