JX-C07

JX-C07 is an ultra-high conductivity furnace conductive carbon black, with high specific surface area and high oil absorption value, excellent conductivity, easy dispersion of surface treatment, used in lithium-ion battery conductive agent, suitable for use in high rate, long cycle, low temperature performance demand battery, with high cost performance, overall the conductive carbon black has good battery electrochemical performance and processing and dispersion performance.

Working Mechanism

JX-C07 has polar functional groups on its surface through surface modification treatment, which can be fully dispersed in polar solvents, and uniformly coated and filled on the surface of the active material and between the voids, with ultra-high specific surface area and oil absorption value with smaller primary particles and developed branched secondary structure, it is easy to form a tight conductive network, providing rich channels for electron transfer, reducing impedance, improving overall conductivity, high liquid retention improves the conduction efficiency of ions, and improves the rate performance of the cell. It has significant advantages in improving the electrochemical performance of the battery cell and is a cost-effective product.
