N08

N08 is a single-walled carbon nanotube slurry, which is used as a conductive agent for lithium-ion batteries, and can be used in high-nickel ternary systems or silicon-carbon anodes with very little addition. It has good electrical conductivity, improves battery conductivity, rate performance and cycle performance, good product dispersion, moderate viscosity, and good processing performance.

Working Mechanism

As a conductive agent, the conductive slurry has a larger length diameter and a larger number of carbon tubes per unit, and the linear contact between the cathode material or the silicon-carbon anode material is more dense, evenly coated on the surface of the silicon-carbon anode, and inhibits the expansion of silicon. A very small amount of addition can form a well-developed conductive network to provide more channels for electron transfer, significantly reduce the impedance, and improve the overall conductivity and rate performance, which is 1/5-1/10 of the conventional carbon nanotube phase addition.
